This 3D carved bed like all the other models on our site is a hundred percent practical to be made out of wood, stone, etc. or even for 3d printing.
You can also use the different formats of this model (which is stl, fbx, and obj) according to the software you are using. You will receive separate links to download each format.
The “size A” of this model is suitable for a kingsize bed with an 1800mm wide mattress. We try to add the other sizes as soon as possible.

A little hint for how to produce this bed!
If you are using a 3D printer, the easiest way is to print it is to place it on the bed of your 3D Printer. It’s highly unlikely that you would need additional supports for this model. Of course, it is too big for most 3D printers out there, so you would need to divide it into different sections.
Now if you are a CNC milling user and your material of choice is wood, you can either use a flat 3Axis CNC machine or a 5Axis machine. Obviously, the results won’t be the same. By using a 3Axis machine, you would probably need to do some finishings manually, but with a 5 Axis CNC machine, you can get the job done completely! The best-recommended tool for milling this piece is a tapered spherical tool (also known as CNC carving tool) that can eliminate the need for a pre-cast roughing procedure and can produce the part in just one act! You would probably need a rotary axis for milling the legs of this model, And the best strategy to machine the leg piece is 4Axis simultaneous.
And lastly, if the material is stone or glass, you can use electroplated tapered spherical tools to carve this model, and don’t forget to use plenty of proper coolant on the tool. It’s highly unlikely that you would need a separate roughing procedure for this model, so a good milling tool might be able to do it at once unless you scale the model into some enormous sizes!
